NAMI Connections

Description: Mental health consumers of Messiah and our community are invited to participate in a new (free) support group that will be offered weekly at Messiah. The group will be facilitated by Tracy Daley, a trained Connections Facilitator and member of Omaha's NAMI board, and Trent Jensen, a peer support specialist with Alegent. In "NAMI Connections", people living with mental illness learn from one another's experiences, share coping strategies and offer mutual encouragement and understanding.
